Former Chief Secretary to a State Government
Oversaw multiple departments including Revenue, Industry, and Urban Development. Instrumental in land reform policy, single-window clearance systems, and housing sector rationalization.
Former Additional Chief Secretary – Department of Urban Development
Known for leading large-scale metropolitan infrastructure projects, including smart cities and PMAY integration. Deep command over municipal law and town planning legislation.
Former Secretary, Ministry of Commerce & Industry (GoI)
Led bilateral trade negotiations and industrial corridor policy formulation. Expert in SEZ regulations and PLI scheme architecture.
Former Joint Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change
Oversaw EIA compliance, CRZ regulations, and inter-ministerial environmental clearances. Highly experienced in coordinating with CPCB, SEIAA, and State Pollution Boards.
Former Director General – Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT)
Architect of early-stage Start-Up India policies. Extensive experience in incentivization, IP facilitation, and foreign direct investment approvals.

Former Director General of Police (State-Level)
Led both urban and rural administrative coordination, with direct involvement in law and order for large industrial projects. Key interface for land acquisition and social clearance matters.
Former District Collector & Magistrate (Multiple Districts)
Managed revenue administration and district-level industrial allocation processes. Deep relationships with tehsildars, local development authorities, and grassroots governance structures.
Former Joint Commissioner – State Labour Department
Expert in factory compliance, labour law harmonization, and social welfare boards. Helped design the inspector-less compliance regime for manufacturing clusters.

Former Member Secretary – Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB)
Led policy on CTE/CTO processes and hazardous waste licensing. Built the procedural backbone of green clearances for industrial estates.
Former Deputy Legal Advisor – Ministry of Law & Justice (GoI)
Specialized in urban development, land acquisition, and PPP model contracts. Experienced in representing ministries in arbitration and regulatory appeals.
Former Director – Directorate of Town Planning
Oversaw multiple DCPR transitions and contributed to model zoning and planning frameworks across urban local bodies. Advised on land pooling and integrated township structuring.

Former Regional Officer – MIDC (Multiple Zones)
Direct hands-on experience in land allotment, engineering permissions, power/water utilities, and lease compliance within Maharashtra’s largest MIDC zones.
Former Technical Head – Special Planning Authority (MIDC SPA)
Guided hundreds of projects through layout approval, height clearance, fire safety, and CC/OC procedures. Strong rapport with architects and municipal engineers.
Former Additional Commissioner – Municipal Corporation
Oversaw building proposal departments, encroachment regularization, and development planning for key wards. Familiar with housing, slum rehabilitation, and fungible FSI mechanics.

Former Country Director – Multilateral Investment Agency (India Chapter)
