MIDC & RERA Compliance

Where Lease Meets Law — Navigating RERA Applicability on MIDC-Leased Projects with Clarity and Confidence

Not all MIDC land developments fall under the purview of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) — but some do. Specifically, when MIDC-allocated land is developed for sale, public leasing, or third-party marketing (as in the case of commercial IT parks, co-working hubs, or built-to-suit spaces), RERA registration and disclosure obligations may apply, subject to project scale and structure.

At DharmaSetu Goldschmidt Advisory, we help clients determine whether RERA applies to their MIDC project, and if it does, we manage the entire compliance lifecycle — from eligibility assessment and documentation to registration, reporting, and representation. Our role is to keep your project legally protected and reputationally sound — even in grey regulatory areas.
