The Magnet Scheme, formally known as the Maharashtra Agri-Business Network Project, is a transformative initiative jointly sponsored by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Maharashtra State Agricultural Marketing Board (MSAMB). It aims to modernize Maharashtra’s horticultural economy by building end-to-end value chains, reducing post-harvest losses, and enhancing income for farmers and producer organizations.
Through a substantial 60% capital grant, the scheme incentivizes infrastructure creation for agri-logistics, processing, cold storage, and marketing — especially for horticulture-rich districts across the state.

- Capital Grant: 60% of eligible project cost
