Eligible Activities

  • New Manufacturing Enterprises (e.g., garments, packaging, fabrication, handicrafts, food processing)
  • New Service Sector Enterprises (e.g., repair services, tourism ventures, salons, IT services, agri-services)
  • Note: Existing businesses and expansions are not covered under this scheme

Project Scope & Financial Limitations

  • Projects must be new ventures only
  • Maximum Project Cost: ₹50 Lakhs
  • Project must involve a term loan for fixed assets such as land development, building, machinery, and equipment

Applicable Subsidy Benefits

For General Category:

  • Urban Area: 15% Subsidy on Project Cost
  • Rural Area: 25% Subsidy on Project Cost

For Special Category (SC/ST/Women/Differently Abled):

  • Urban Area: 25% Subsidy
  • Rural Area: 35% Subsidy
