The Amended Technology Upgradation Fund Scheme (ATUFS), launched by the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, is a flagship initiative under the “Make in India” mission.   • Credit-Linked Capital Investment Subsidy (CL-CIS):
      • 10% to 15% of eligible investment
      • Sector-specific ceilings apply as per machinery type
  • Reimbursement post machinery commissioning and verification
  • Applicable to both standalone and composite units
