Event Permissions

Navigating Every Permission, So You Can Focus on the Experience

Organizing an event in India — whether a corporate conference, cultural celebration, brand activation, or a public performance — involves a complex matrix of approvals from government departments, municipal authorities, licensing bodies, and regulatory agencies.

At DharmaSetu Goldschmidt Advisory, we offer end-to-end support in obtaining all required event permissions through a disciplined, compliant, and respectful approach — enabling our clients to focus on delivering a successful event while we handle the regulatory landscape with care.

Why Event Permissions Matter

Even a one-day event must comply with a multitude of legal, civic, and public safety requirements. These are not mere formalities — they reflect real responsibilities related to public safety, copyright compliance, crowd control, infrastructure usage, and taxation.

Failing to obtain a single permission — whether for a drone flight or public music playback — could invite delays, fines, or reputational risk. We help prevent that.

Comprehensive Event Licensing Support

Public Safety & Civic Approvals

  • Police NOC
Clearance from the local police department for crowd gathering, security arrangements, and location control.

Required when events are held near main roads or affect traffic flow. Coordination with Traffic Police for rerouting plans or barricade placement.

Our Approach

We work quietly behind the scenes — coordinating across departments, preparing accurate documentation, and ensuring every clearance is aligned with local and central regulations.

We are not agents. We are facilitators of lawful, respectful engagement between the event organizers and the public institutions that uphold civic trust and safety.

Our process includes:

  • Pre-event compliance planning
  • Documentation management
  • Ground-level follow-ups
  • Escalation support, where necessary
  • Checklist tracking and completion reports
